No, you can build the links from other countries, and actually you will just rank higher in other countries for the term.

Does building links restricted by geographic location? For example if my business is in the UK only should I be buying links in and for the UK? Thanks

Hi, no you are not buying links, what you are buying is a service that can build them for you. So you are really outsourcing the link building, nothing else.

I thought that buying links was still frowned upon and might even result in your site getting banned from Google all together ?
